   Barracuda XDR is currently experiencing an intermittent service disruption affecting Microsoft O365 event ingestion since 06:30 UTC on 2 October. As a result, some older events from 29 September were ingested, which may have generated duplicate or redundant alert notifications. Our engineering team has identified the root cause and implemented the necessary corrective actions to restore normal service operations. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused, particularly with regard to the duplicate or redundant alert notifications. Our team is working diligently to restore full functionality at the earliest. We will continue to provide updates as progress is made and will notify you once all affected functionality has been fully restored. We appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support during this time.
