   We are currently aware of a technical issue with client funding that may be causing a delay in Single European Payments Area (SEPA) funds being received. Worldpay technical resources are aware of a third-party banking issue causing the delay. Funding is expected to be delivered tomorrow, 13-October-2026 at 06:00 UTC.

   We are continuing to experience a technical issue with Single European Payments Area (SEPA) funding on the Worldwide Payment Gateway (WPG) platform. This has caused a client funding delay for the 12-Oct-2026. Our technical resources continue to work with the Third Party to resolve the issue as a matter of priority.

Worldpay technical resources are continuing to work with the third-party to resolve the issue and deliver the delayed funds as soon as possible. Clients who are funded via ABN-AMRO bank were scheduled to receive funding on 12-Oct-2026, will experience at least a two-business-days funding delay. Further updates will be provided as additional information becomes available.

   We have resolved the ABN AMRO–related issue that had delayed SEPA funds scheduled for 12-Oct-2026. Clients will now receieve the funds on Monday. 19-Oct-2026.
