   We are currently experiencing an issue for some users in the Mexico region where the agent status in the workspace is stuck on "Reconnecting." As a result, agents are unable to manually change their status to accept incoming requests. Our engineering team is actively investigating the incident and working to restore normal status operations as quickly as possible. Update: The issue has been resolved. All services are operating normally. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
