   OIT is aware of an issue with the enterprise ClickUp workspace and has engaged the vendor to identify a fix. Users must accept an emailed invite to the workspace (even if done previously) and will not be able to see any of their "Private" items within ClickUp. Once a fix is identified, instructions will be sent directly to affected users on how to regain access to the workspace and their items. Next status post update will be posted by 9:00am PDT tomorrow, August 4th.

   OIT is continuing to work with the ClickUp vendor on a fix to resolve the outage. Next update will be posted by 1:00pm PDT today.

   ClickUp vendor identified a mechanism to resolve outage and restore access to system items. OIT is clarifying effects of proposed restore before directing specific actions. Next update will be posted by or before 8:00am PDT tomorrow, August 5.

   Vendor initiated restoration of users and their items yesterday, and are expected to complete restoration by end of today. Affected users received an email from OIT yesterday with additional guidance. Next update will be posted by 5:00pm PDT today.

   Access to ClickUp enterprise workspace and content therein has been restored for all users. Validation is ongoing and OIT will monitor for any reported problems.

   OIT has validated restoration of access and content. Users are advised to check their email for communications from the OIT Project Management Office.
