A subset of EMS systems hosted in the NORAM region experienced increased API latency and intermittent 503/504 errors for approximately 3 hours and 20 minutes. The issue was isolated to the authentication service layer and resolved by restarting the affected service components. Services have remained stable since recovery, and additional monitoring and resiliency improvements are being implemented to help prevent recurrence.
