   Dear customers, we would like to inform you about the following event: Maintenance work on the emergency power supply at one of our data centers led to a complete outage at that data center. A large number of the backend systems suddenly lost power, and the process of switching traffic to other data centers is still ongoing.

   All services have been restored and are now being closely monitored for a period of time. Our supplier is still performing follow-up work at its data center, but this has no impact on our infrastructure. The platform is back to normal operation.

   Summary of the Incident: Scheduled maintenance by one of our suppliers at one of our central data centers resulted in a complete loss of access to the site, contrary to the original plan. The existing redundancy mechanisms were unable to fully compensate for the unexpected failure of several infrastructure components. As part of the recovery process, the affected backend systems had to be restarted in stages, and the entire infrastructure had to be restored in accordance with the planned recovery schedule. The platform is now back to normal operation. The outage affecting the streaming services can be narrowed down to the period from 10/26/26 at 10:40 p.m. to 12:45 a.m. During the incident, listener connection data could not be fully logged. We will analyze the incident in detail over the next few days and use the insights gained to identify and implement potential improvements.
