- May 12, 2026, 23:58 UTCidentifiedOur engineering team is continuing to work toward a full resolution. While we have mostly restored web application access, there may be some pages within the web app that periodically fail to load until the fix is fully rolled out across the entire application. Next update by 5:30PM PDT or sooner.
- May 13, 2026, 00:08 UTCresolvedOur engineering team has completed the fix to the web application in both the US and EU regions. All services are currently functioning normally. Email sends, API traffic, webhooks, and journeys functioned normally throughout this incident. The only impact was being unable to log into the web application and slow page loads.
