    investigating
Some address ranges in the United States are currently unreachable, and we have updated the affected components to a partial outage to reflect the impact more accurately. Service remains available for all other locations. Our team continues to work with our network partners on restoring connectivity, and we will share further updates as we learn more.
  6. Aug 18, 2026, 07:51 UTC
    identified
We have identified an issue with our upstream provider as the source of the partial outage affecting some customers in the United States. The provider is replacing the faulty equipment and restoration work is ongoing. Service remains available for all other locations, and we will share further updates as we learn more.

    monitoring
Replacement capacity is now in place in the United States. The affected address ranges could not be restored by our upstream provider, so we have provisioned new address ranges and are moving affected customers onto them. Customers who were using the affected ranges will be issued new addresses. Service remains available for all other locations. We are monitoring the new capacity and will confirm here once all affected customers have been migrated.

    resolved
This incident is resolved. The affected address ranges in the United States could not be restored by our upstream provider, so we replaced them with new capacity and moved affected customers onto new addresses. North America ISP and Datacenter services are operating normally. We are sorry for the length of this disruption.
