    investigating
We’ve found where the slowdown is happening and are now working out what’s causing it. Tool calls may still be slow or fail in the meantime.

    identified
Remote tool calls are still completing, but slowly: around 10 seconds instead of the usual 1. The slowdown is in our hosted database provider's API layer, where requests are queuing before they reach the database. The database itself is healthy and our own service is operating normally. Over 99% of calls are succeeding and returning results. We have escalated to the provider and will post another update as we learn more.

    resolved
This issue is resolved and tool calls are back to normal. If you still run into problems, please reach out to our support team. Sorry for the disruption.
