   Some customers are unable to save or update American Express payment cards in their accounts and may see an invalid card error. We are investigating.
2. Nov 1, 2026, 00:15 UTC
   resolved
   We have confirmed that American Express payment cards can be saved and updated when the card security code is entered correctly. Some customers saw a misleading invalid card message when the security code was incorrect, and we are improving that message to make verification errors clearer. This incident is resolved.
