   We’re currently investigating reports that uploaded assets are not appearing in Assetbank in the Global region. Users in this region may experience this. Our team is working to identify the cause and will share updates as soon as possible.

   We’ve identified the cause of the issue. Newly uploaded tickets are appearing on the Global portals again. Our team is still working on recovering those assets uploaded during the issues.

   The issue has been resolved. All services are working as expected. All uploaded assets are visible in the Assetbank.
