   We've identified the issue and implemented a change, which has resulted in Smartsheet loading and users being able to log in successfully. However, an error message is still appearing on the home screen during a hard refresh. Our team is continuing to investigate this remaining issue and will provide updates as we work toward full resolution.

   On September 11th, 2026, starting at 12:47 PM PDT, users in the US began experiencing errors logging in to and accessing Smartsheet. Users in the EU and AU regions were not affected. By approximately 1:38 PM PDT, full service was confirmed to be restored. Our engineering teams quickly determined that a routine internal configuration change was the cause of Smartsheet's unavailability. The change was corrected, and full service was restored by approximately 1:38 PM PDT. We are currently reviewing our configuration management and change review processes, along with our internal monitoring, to prevent similar issues in the future.
