Timeline
- Nov 5, 2026, 05:00 UTCresolvedA technical issue with one of our payment systems caused charges to automatically rerun on a subset of customer accounts, so some customers were charged more than once for the same invoice. Invoice amounts were correct. Only the payment charges were in error. All amounts charged above each affected customer’s invoice balance have been refunded to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear, depending on the customer’s financial institution. Affected customers have been contacted directly. No action is required. If you have questions about a charge on your account, please contact [email protected].
