   We are currently experiencing significantly higher support volumes due to the ongoing PHP security incident, resulting in longer-than-usual response times. Please avoid submitting additional tickets or requesting updates on existing tickets, as this may affect queue positioning and further delay responses. We are reviewing support queues every 60 minutes to identify and prioritize downtime-related issues. Until further notice, we are prioritizing service outages and critical downtime issues. Non-downtime requests may experience extended delays and cannot be prioritized at this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding as our team works through the backlog and addresses the most critical issues first.
