   We are seeing network packet loss at one of our Dallas locations. Only some of the game servers hosted there are affected. They may be unreachable at times, or slow to start, stop or restart. We know about the issue and are working on a fix. Servers at our other locations are not affected. If you have questions or need help with your server, please contact our support team. We'll update this page as soon as we have news.

   We identified the cause of the connectivity issues affecting some game servers in our Dallas location and have resolved it. All affected servers are reachable again and operating normally. We apologize for the inconvenience.
