   We are currently investigating a network connectivity issue affecting our Taipei (TPE) location. Game servers hosted in Taipei are currently not reachable from the internet, and players may be unable to connect. The servers themselves remain running and are not affected — the issue is limited to external network connectivity. We are working with our upstream network provider to restore reachability as quickly as possible. We will post an update as soon as we have more information.

   This appears to be a broader routing issue affecting network connectivity to/from Taiwan. Game servers at our Taipei location remain running but are currently unreachable from the internet. We are monitoring the situation closely and will post an update as soon as connectivity is restored.
