   A subset of hosts in IAD region are experiencing elevated packet loss due to congestion at an upstream provider. We are working with the provider to resolve this issue. Apps hosted in IAD region may experience packet loss at this time.

   The congestion affecting our upstream provider has been resolved. We are observing a return to normal levels of networking performance in IAD region.
