   We are currently investigating an issue affecting our Customer Engagement Apps. Impacted merchants and customers may notice that application features including rewards, promos, and feedback—are missing from device dashboards. Additionally, reward redemptions for speed-bump prepaid and postpaid accounts are currently disrupted. Our engineering team is actively working to identify the root cause and restore full functionality.
