- Jun 30, 2026, 21:12 UTCinvestigatingDTN continues to address a network outage affecting portions of our product portfolio. Our teams are working with the highest priority to restore impacted services, return systems to full functionality, and identify the root cause of the issue. Realtime / TABS Lifting Controls: TABS Lifting Controls services remain available; however, customers may experience intermittent connectivity or inconsistent performance while mitigation measures remain in place. In some cases, a terminal may be able to connect and complete a load successfully, while a subsequent attempt may fail depending on how that session is routed. If a connection attempt is unsuccessful, customers may retry; however, repeated attempts may not resolve the issue in all cases. Fuel Pricing Publication: At this time, customers who publish pricing through standard DTN services may be unable to send or distribute pricing information as expected. We are extremely aware of the disruption this is causing and want to be transparent about the current service situation. Where alternative communication or pricing distribution methods are available, we strongly recommend customers consider using those options until service is restored. We understand that alternative methods may not be available or practical for all customers, and our teams are continuing to work with urgency to restore normal service. For customers who use DTN Messaging Services, retroactive pricing can be submitted once service has been restored. Other DTN pricing delivery services do not have this retroactive price publication. As the DTN uncovers learn more, we will provide additional updates, including guidance on any queued or delayed pricing information and whether it can be delivered once service is restored We understand the disruption this is causing and the importance of timely communication. We will continue to provide additional information in our next update as we work toward resolution.
- Jun 30, 2026, 22:43 UTCidentifiedDTN has identified the root cause of the network outage affecting portions of our product portfolio and has implemented corrective actions. Our teams are actively monitoring recovery efforts as services continue to come back online and return to normal operation. At this time, some customers may still experience delays, intermittent connectivity, or inconsistent performance as systems stabilize and queued transactions are processed. While recovery is underway, normal service has not yet been fully restored across all affected products and a follow up communication will confirm full resolve.
