   Barracuda XDR experienced an intermittent service disruption affecting signal detection for the CloudGen Firewall data source from July 24 at 1:40 AM UTC through today, impacting customers in the EU region. During this period, threat detection data from this source was not processed by our detection engine and, consequently, alerts associated with this data source may not have been generated. Our engineering team has identified the root cause of the issue and has implemented the necessary corrective measures to restore normal operations. We will continue to closely monitor the environment to ensure service stability and confirm the full recovery of all impacted functionality. We sincerely regret this disruption and any inconvenience it may have caused. Maintaining the reliability and integrity of our services remains a top priority, and we appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued trust.
