Power verification was requested and confirmed on site and investigation was done to identify the source of the issue and whether onsite repair was needed. Shortly after investigations began, the alarms cleared and traffic restored.** ‌ Root Cause: **Routing issue caused a brief network event on provider’s network bringing services down.**
