   We have identified the root cause of the issue: upload tasks were not being queued correctly, causing videos to remain stuck after upload initiation. A fix has been successfully deployed, and our systems are recovering normally. We are currently monitoring platform activity to ensure full stability before closing this incident. Users should now be able to upload videos without issues. We will provide a final update shortly.

   New video uploads are now processing normally following the fix deployed on our ingestion systems. A limited number of older uploads, including some using external URLs, may still require additional remediation. Our teams are actively addressing these remaining cases. We are continuing to monitor the service and will provide another update once all remaining uploads have been processed.

   The issue affecting video uploads that could remain stuck in the “Uploading” state after XID creation has been resolved. The underlying processing and task-queueing issue was fixed, and the affected uploads have been successfully processed. New video uploads are operating normally.
